What is VPN ?
(VPN)it defines as a virtual private network, VPN is created to use the virtual point-to-point connection through it works on across a public network and enables users to send and receive data across a VPN, In 1996 Microsoft employee name as "GURDEEP SING-PALL" was developed the peer-to-peer tunnelling protocol(PPTP) used to make between the computer and the internet.
A wide variety of entities provide VPNs for several purposes, it depends upon the provider and its application, At march 2018 china has been banned from VPN because of circumventing the Great firewall.
VPN has been classified by tunnelling protocols used on the tunnel at the traffic, at the tunnel's termination point location it has been a type of topology of connections, such as like site-to-site or network-to-network and the level of security provided.

And the VPN connections are also used on ANDROID smartphones and iPhones, etc.., and most apps will then guide you through the key functions of the VPN services by switching on the light switch for many applications.

and also used by cybercriminals to hide their identity for their bad works and some use this for scamming, and carding, and using banned software, apps, tool, etc,,, which may harm others and may also ower devices from it, using VPN is a legal thing, but if the person uses that for any bad intentional work then he may be responsible on it.
